I moved to Maui in 1973 from upstate New York. Having a background in landscaping, I promptly went to work in the field and became inspired by the old rock walls of Hawaii. I apprenticed in the 70’s with a number of people who helped train me.

In 1980 I started my business. I have dedicated my career and my life to preserving the real old style of building these rock walls.
